Group Health Visits

Together is Better!

Group Health Visits Enhance Patient Support

In a Group Medical Visit, a CHP physician or nurse practitioner meets online or in person with a group of patients who share common health issues. Patients receive medical and wellness education, gain new lifestyle tools, and
learn stress-reducing skills. More importantly, patients find camaraderie and support from
fellow patients. And most insurance plans cover Group Medical Visits!
