July 16, 2024, MHU VACCINE UPDATE: Because a new COVID-19 vaccine formulation is approved for release in early fall, CHP Mobile Health will not be restocking its supply of the 2023-24 vaccine. We still have vaccines available for some age groups, but not all. Please call us at (413) 528-0457 to learn whether you can be vaccinated by the Mobile Health team, or we can tell you where it is available.

Do you need same-day urgent care?

Whenever our Mobile Health Team is on the road, we can care for you with sick visits, minor injury care, and so much more.

We can help if you are sick and can’t get in to see your primary care provider, have an urgent care (non-emergency) need, want a vaccination or test, or just a routine health check. We can even help with health insurance and food security needs.

FLU

The flu vaccine is available for all ages six months and older.
The senior flu vaccine is available for adults over 65.

COVID-19

Updated COVID-19 vaccines are available for ages six months and older, for those who are at least two months from a prior COVID-19 vaccine.
Parents and caregivers should call CHP for pediatric vaccine appointments. We want to be sure your child is ready for vaccines based on prior vaccinations.
If you have health insurance, please bring your current insurance information and vaccine card to your vaccine visit. However, vaccinations with CHP Mobile Health are available to all, regardless of ability to pay.
