Are you tired of the ups and downs of dieting? CHP's Size-Inclusive Care Team, led by CHP Nutritionist Annie Schwartz, MS, RDN, LD, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Kimberly Loring, PMHNP, offers a sustainable alternative to the dieting cycle that focuses on long-term health and well-being in their three-part program "A Taste of Intuitive Eating." During this program, you will: Learn to Trust Your Body and develop the skills to listen to your body's hunger and fullness cues, leading to a more intuitive and balanced approach to eating. Receive Expert Support from experienced professionals, including a clinical nutritionist and psychiatric nurse practitioner, who understand the complexities of eating behavior. Join a Supportive Community with others on a similar journey toward intuitive eating and wellness. Benefit from the camaraderie and encouragement of a supportive environment. A Taste of Intuitive Eating will run for three sessions on Zoom on June 5, 12, and 26 and is intended for current CHP patients. Most insurance is accepted. Co-pays and a deductible may apply.
