Do you need same-day or urgent care? When our Mobile Health team is on the road, we can see you for treatment of minor illness or injury, flu & Covid vaccines (ages 6 months and up) and health screenings (blood pressure, blood sugar, etc.), testing and treatment for STI, UTI; birth control, and much more. Primary care referrals, health insurance assistance, Family Services, WIC & SNAP; nutrition help and other support. Full list of services HERE.
