-
Receive expert support from experienced professionals—a clinical nutritionist and psychiatric nurse practitioner—who understand the complexities of eating behavior.
-
Join a supportive community with others on a similar journey towards intuitive eating and wellness
-
Benefit from the camaraderie and encouragement of a supportive environment.
Registration is limited to 12 participants. Most insurances are accepted; co-pay and deductible may apply. To participate, email the CHP Size-Inclusive Care team.
This series is led by CHP Nutritionist Annie Schwartz, MS, RDN, LD, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Kimberly Loring, PMHNP. Schwartz and Loring are part of CHP’s Size-Inclusive Care team.
