CHP providers now have a referral resource for patients in need of foot care—thanks to FNP Kathleen Floyd at Lee Family Practice.
Our colleague Kathleen Floyd, FNP, is now a certified foot care specialist (CFCS) and is offering a foot care clinic at Lee Family Practice for CHP patients with conditions that may impact foot health. This care is typically covered by insurance and is appropriate for people with diabetes or other conditions that can impact foot health. The clinic is also appropriate for patients who may have trouble caring for their own feet due to physical limitations.
Please note: These clinics are limited to CHP patients only.
