This supportive group environment helps patients to identify personal health goals and incorporate gentle movement, meditation and relaxation techniques into their daily lives. Ideal for patients with high blood pressure, anxiety, stress, osteoporosis, arthritis, sleep issues and more.  Most insurance covers Group Medical visits.
