CHP is excited about this upcoming event addressing aging well in the Berkshires!

What: Berkshire Supergenarians: A Forum for Seniors

When: Wednesday, May 9, 2018 , 8:30 a.m.-noon at the Berkshire Museum.

About: If you’re a Supergenerian, in your 7th, 8th, 9th, or 10th decade, or older, you are invited to a free event about aging well. Listen to the talks. Bring your questions and ideas. Start a dialogue between seniors and Clinicians of health, wellness, and medical services.

Debra Ann Pollack, MD, Center for Comprehensive Care, Danbury, Conn.,  “Healthy Sleep for Seniors”
