Community Health Programs, Inc. (CHP Berkshires) provides services to all patients regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, disability, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability to pay, or insurance status.

No one is denied access to services due to an inability to pay or because the services would be paid under Medicare, Medicaid, or the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).

CHP offers discounts for essential services through a Sliding Fee Discount Program that is based on family size and annual household income.
