One Door Project
Have you ever felt unsafe or controlled in a relationship?
If you have experienced…
- domestic violence or threatening behavior
- emotional abuse
- financial threats or control
- difficulty getting healthcare or other services for yourself or your family
- sexual assault
- trauma from past abuse
- trafficking
…CHP providers are here to listen and support you. When you feel ready, we can confidentially connect you with support.
Through the One Door Project, our partnership with the Elizabeth Freeman Center, CHP providers have received training to help patients take the first steps in finding safety and getting help to recover from trauma.
We are here to assist you regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, immigration or income status.
We know that asking for help isn’t easy, but CHP providers are here for you. The Elizabeth Freeman Center provides lifesaving, life-renewing help to survivors of domestic and sexual violence and their families.
Together, the One Door Project works to deliver services and bring hope, help, and healing.
We understand if now is not the right time for you to seek help. Whatever you decide, you will still receive the same quality of compassionate healthcare from your CHP provider.
