Mindful Movement & Meditation – Tuesdays
Open to CHP patients of all ages, this weekly group telehealth visit is ideal for people seeking tools to reduce stress and improve overall well-being. This supportive group environment helps patients to identify personal health goals and incorporate gentle movement, meditation and relaxation techniques into their daily lives. Ideal for patients with high blood pressure, anxiety, stress, osteoporosis, arthritis, sleep issues and more. Most insurance covers Group Medical visits. Led by Lisa Nelson, MD, of CHP Great Barrington Health Center, and Mary Northey, Certified Yoga Therapist. To join this group, contact your primary care provider for a referral. Most insurance covers Group Health Visits; co-pays and deductibles may apply.
