Alison Flynn, ANP
Alison Flynn is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Curry College, she went on to earn her M.S. at Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y. She is a Berkshire County native and worked as a registered nurse at Berkshire Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital before becoming a primary care practitioner. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Alison’s primary focus is health promotion, disease prevention, and treating acute and chronic diseases.

Andrew Beckwith, MD
Dr. Andrew Beckwith provides obstetrics and gynecology at CHP Barrington OB-GYN, and he is also the chief medical officer of CHP. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, PA, where he was a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his residency at Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was a co-administrative chief resident. Dr. Beckwith has also served as Division Chief of OB-GYN at Berkshire Medical Center.

Ann T. Hummel, FNP-C
Ms. Hummel is a family nurse practitioner at CHP Lee Family Practice, where she cares for patients age 3 through adulthood. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Russell Sage College and went on to earn a Master of Public Administration as well as a second Master of Science in Nursing. She also served as Emergency Services Director for the Albany Fire Department. She has more than 25 years of critical care, emergency and transport nursing.

Antoine El Khoury, MD, FACOG
Dr. El Khoury received his doctor in medicine at Moscow Medical Academy in Russia. He was trained and practiced general surgery and trauma care at Staten Island University Hospital before specializing in women's health, also at Staten Island University Hospital. He is a member of the American Medical Association and American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists. He is fluent in French, Russian, Arabic, Lebanese Arabic and English.

Barbara Snyder, MD
Dr. Barbara Snyder is a pediatrician at CHP Great Barrington Health Center, and she sees patients ages 3 through 25. She was chief of adolescent medicine at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey from 1990-2015. Snyder, who also holds a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, is a Fellow with the American Academy of Pediatrics and is chair of its executive committee on Adolescent Health, among other professional affiliations. She has worked at several academic medical centers, as well as in the U.S. Air Force in Europe. Her community work includes past board memberships for organizations focused on eating disorders, sexuality education, LGBTQ family advocacy, suicide prevention, and teen pregnancy.

Betsy Valade, DO
Dr. Valade has been practicing pediatric medicine since 2008 in Berkshire County. She completed her undergraduate degree at Bowdoin College, followed by a medical degree from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine. Brittany Wallace, FNP-C
Brittany Wallace is a family nurse practitioner at CHP Neighborhood Health Center, where she provides primary care for adult and geriatric patients. After receiving her undergraduate nursing degree from Russell Sage College, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y.; she worked previously as a staff nurse at Berkshire Medical Center. Cecilia Pena-Sisto, MD
Assistant Director of Ambulatory Education, BMC Internal Medicine Residency Program Dr. Pena-Sisto received her undergraduate degree from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba Medical School, and completed her family practice residency in Cuba. Dr. Pena-Sisto also completed a fellowship in Cuba, earning a degree as a nephrologist, and practiced as a primary care physician there for 5 years. She completed her training in internal medicine at Berkshire Medical Center, and was chief resident in the program. She is the assistant director of ambulatory education of BMC‘s Internal Medicine Residency Program at CHP Neighborhood Health Center.

Claire A. Horth, MD
Dr. Horth, family practice physician, graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame. She earned her medical degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Medicine in Worcester and trained at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island. Her wide ranging medical interests include preventative medicine, adolescent and women’s health.

Cornelia Lenherr, MD
Dr. Lenherr is a family practice physician at CHP Great Barrington Health Center. She is certified in both functional medicine and family medicine, and her practice incorporates muscle release therapy, psychoanalysis, stress reduction, mind-body medicine, meditation, biofeedback, and other health management techniques. She has previously worked at Canyon Ranch in Lenox and private practice in Rochester, NY, and at student health centers at the University of Santa Cruz and the University of California, Berkeley. Dr. Lenherr earned her medical degree at Dartmouth Medical School and she received her bachelor’s in pre-medical studies at Simon’s Rock College of Bard. She completed her family medicine residency at the University of Rochester/Highland Hospital. She also completed a fellowship in family systems medicine at Highland Hospital, focusing on family therapy training.

Courtney Preston, PNP
Courtney Preston is a pediatric nurse practitioner at CHP Berkshire Pediatrics. She earned her master's degree in nursing from Regis College and received her bachelor of nursing degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Springfield Technical Community College. Ms. Preston has worked as a registered nurse at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, MA, and as a registered nurse in the labor and delivery department of Mercy Hospital in Springfield. She has completed the neonatal resuscitation program of the American Academy of Pediatrics and has also worked as a volunteer in the neonatal intensive care unit at Baystate Medical Center.

Dawn Kohanski, FNP
Dawn Kohanski is a family nurse practitioner at CHP North Adams Family Medicine, caring for children and adults of all ages. She completed her family nurse practitioner education at the State University of New York Institute of Technology and earned her master of science in nursing and health care administration from the University of Phoenix. She earned her bachelor of science in nursing also at SUNY Institute of Technology. Most recently, she was a hospitalist practitioner at Berkshire Medical Center, where she coordinated adult acute care in the hospital setting. She also worked as a family nurse practitioner with Columbia Memorial Health in Cairo, N.Y. During the early months of Covid-19 in 2020, Kohanski also worked as a temporary ICU nurse practitioner at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. She is certified in basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, pediatric advanced life support, trauma nursing, pediatric emergency nursing, stroke care, infection control, and other areas of care. Kohanski is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She resides in Williamstown.

Diane Singer, MD
Dr. Singer is an ophthalmologist at CHP Great Barrington Health Center. She earned her undergraduate degree from Colgate University and then attended the New Jersey Medical School of Rutgers University. She completed her internship in internal medicine, her residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in cornea and external disease—all at the University of Rochester Department of Medicine. Dr. Singer’s extensive experience in eye care includes serving as a clinical assistant professor of ophthalmology at University of Rochester Eye Institute. At the Atlanta, Georgia Veterans Administration Medical Center, she staffed the VA’s walk-in vision clinic.

Jennifer Rubino, DNP, FNP-BC
Jennifer Rubino, DNP, FNP-BC provides care for patients at CHP Barrington OB/GYN. She is a doctor of nursing graduate from Elms College, where she also earned her bachelor's degree in nursing. She earned her associate degree in nursing from Maria College and has been providing nursing care to the community for 15 years. She has recently completed the Massachusetts Community Health Nurse Practitioner Residency, through CHP in partnership with the University of Massachusetts Tan Chingfen School of Nursing. In this post-graduate residency she focused on specializing in all aspects of women's health, reproductive health and primary care, while rotating throughout CHP practice locations. She is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Ms. Rubino also co-leads CHP's Beyond Delivery postpartum support group for new mothers and their babies.

Jeremy Stoepker, MD
Dr. Jeremy Stoepker is a family practice physician at CHP Lee Family Practice, caring for patients of all ages. He graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, DC, then completed his residency training at Columbia Presbyterian in New York City. He received an award in “Patient Centered Care” and was also ranked one of New York City's top doctors for LGBTQ health. Jill Jolin, DNP, FNP
Jill Jolin, DNP, FNP is a family nurse practitioner at CHP Berkshire Pediatrics. She has been practicing as a pediatric nurse practitioner in the Berkshires since 2017. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, she holds a doctor of nursing practice-family nurse practitioner degree. Kathleen Floyd, FNP
Kathleen Floyd, family nurse practitioner, has been providing primary care for three decades, and she devotes most of her time seeing patients on the CHP Mobile Health Unit, She has extensive experience in rural health and community nursing. She earned both her M.S. in nursing and her M.S. in family practice nursing from Pace University. She provides routine health screenings, disease management and routine physicals on our mobile medical unit.

Keturah Baker, M.D., practices pediatric medicine at Berkshire Pediatrics in Pittsfield. Lara Setti, MD, MPH, FAAFP
Dr. Setti is a family medicine physician and civil surgeon at CHP Great Barrington Health Center. She earned her B.A. in human development and social relations at Earlham College in Richmond, IN, and then earned her medical degree at the School of Medicine, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She then attended Harvard University, where she earned her M.S. in public health, with a focus on international public health. Dr. Setti completed her family medicine internship and fellowship at Ventura County Medical Center in California, and in 2003, served as chief resident there. For her work at CHP, Dr. Setti has been recognized as the Community Clinician of the Year by the Berkshire District Medical Society, a division of the Massachusetts Medical Society.

Laura Gariepy, FNP
Laura Gariepy, family nurse practitioner, provides primary care to people of all ages at CHP Great Barrington Health Center. After earning her undergraduate degree from George Washington University, she earned her M.S. in nursing at Simmons College School of Nursing and Health Sciences in Boston. She worked as a nurse at Lee Family Practice prior to joining the Community Health Center in Great Barrington. Laura Need, MD
A graduate of Harvard Medical School and Wellesley College, Dr. Need completed her pediatric medicine internship and residency at Massachusetts General Hospital, and she completed a clinical fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Boston Children’s Hospital. Her practice at Berkshire Pediatrics focuses on general pediatric medicine, and she has a special interest in newborn medicine and pediatric cardiology. Most recently, she practiced in the Boston area, and has been on staff at Mount Auburn Hospital. She has also held hospital appointments at Cambridge Health Alliance in Cambridge, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital in Boston. Lisa Nelson, MD
Dr. Lisa Nelson is a University of Massachusetts School of Medicine graduate and completed her residency and internship in family medicine at Boston Medical Center and South Boston Community Health Center. She has worked in private practice family medicine since 2005, and also serves on the faculty of the UMass Medical School and the University of New England College of Osteopathic Physicians. She is director of medical education at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and also serves as medical director of The Nutrition Center. Dr. Nelson integrates lifestyle approaches for prevention and treatment of chronic diseases through changes in diet, exercise, and stress management. Dr. Nelson leads two group medical programs at CHP, "Healthy Eating, Healthy Living" and "Managing Stress During Stressful Times." Melanie Levitan, MD
Dr. Levitan is a family medicine physician at CHP Lee Family Practice. She has been caring for children and adults in Berkshire County for more than three decades. After receiving her undergraduate degree from the University at Albany, she earned her M.D. from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. She completed her family practice residency at St. Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady, N.Y. Michael Kaplan, MD, FAAFP
Dr. Kaplan, family medicine physician, has more than three decades of experience caring for patients from birth through elder years. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia College and his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed his residency in family medicine at Middlesex Memorial Hospital, an affiliate of the University of Connecticut. In 1980, he became board certified in family medicine and in 1988, he earned additional certification in geriatric medicine.

Michelle Bedard, DNP
Michelle M. Bedard, DNP, is a nurse practitioner at CHP North Adams Family Medical where she cares for patients ages 13 years old and older. A doctor of nursing graduate of Elms College, she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Southern New Hampshire University. She received her associate degree in nursing from Berkshire Community College (BCC), where she earlier received training as a licensed practical nurse. At BCC, she earned a Clinical Excellence Award in 2014. Ms. Bedard completed her advanced practice nursing rotations at Berkshire Medical Center (BMC) in the ICU and as a hospitalist. As a registered nurse, she worked for eight years in the BMC emergency department, and previously she worked as a licensed practical nurse and as a certified medical assistant. She is a resident of Adams, where she resides with her two sons.

Patricia Lehmann, MD
Dr. Lehmann received her Bachelor's degree in Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Surgery at Trinity College, University of Dublin. Stephanie Taylor, PNP
Stephanie Taylor, pediatric nurse practitioner, provides primary pediatric care to children, teens and young adults up to age 22. She received clinical training at the Hospital of St. Raphael in New Haven, Conn., in the Pediatric Primary Care Center and post-partum units. Stephen Alsdorf, MD
Dr. Stephen Alsdorf is a family practice physician at CHP Great Barrington Health Center, caring for patients age 3 years through adult ages. Susan Ray-Lamond, MD
Dr. Susan Ray-Lamond is a pediatrician with CHP Berkshire Pediatrics. A graduate of Southern Illinois University, she completed her residency at the University of Virginia. She worked in pediatric practices in the Pioneer Valley of Massachusetts from 1998 to 2021, and previously in Wilmington, N.C. She owned and operated her own practice, Hampshire Pediatrics, in Easthampton from 2003-2021. Dr. Ray-Lamond works with pediatric patients of all ages, and enjoys collaborating with other specialists, including behavioral health practitioners, to provide the most comprehensive care to her patients.

Terrance “TC” Clarke, FNP
Terrance "TC" Clarke is a family nurse practitioner at CHP Lee Family Practice, where he cares for adults of all ages and children over age 2.A graduate of the University of Massachusetts School of Nursing, he has worked previously in an urgent care setting and caring for patients with substance use disorders. He has also worked as a charge nurse in the Massachusetts state prison system, and he also served as a Peace Corps volunteer. A resident of Lenox, he enjoys hiking and helping behind the scenes at local theaters.
