Alison Flynn, ANP
Alison Flynn is an Adult Nurse Practitioner at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Curry College, she went on to earn her M.S. at Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y. She is a Berkshire County native and worked as a registered nurse at Berkshire Medical Center and Massachusetts General Hospital before becoming a primary care practitioner. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Alison’s primary focus is health promotion, disease prevention, and treating acute and chronic diseases.

Brittany Wallace, FNP-C
Brittany Wallace is a family nurse practitioner at CHP Neighborhood Health Center, where she provides primary care for adult and geriatric patients. After receiving her undergraduate nursing degree from Russell Sage College, she earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y.; she worked previously as a staff nurse at Berkshire Medical Center. She is ANCC certified and she is focused on preventive health and holistic whole-body health.

Cecilia Pena-Sisto, MD
Assistant Director of Ambulatory Education, BMC Internal Medicine Residency Program Dr. Pena-Sisto received her undergraduate degree from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba Medical School, and completed her family practice residency in Cuba. Dr. Pena-Sisto also completed a fellowship in Cuba, earning a degree as a nephrologist, and practiced as a primary care physician there for 5 years. She completed her training in internal medicine at Berkshire Medical Center, and was chief resident in the program. She is the assistant director of ambulatory education of BMC‘s Internal Medicine Residency Program at CHP Neighborhood Health Center.

Jonna Gaberman, MD
Dr. Jonna Gaberman is an adult primary care physician at CHP Neighborhood Health Center, and she is also CHP's director of adult medicine. She brings extensive experience in community health care, population health, outpatient internal medicine, and the care of persons living with HIV, Hepatitis C, and substance use disorder. She has worked with Baystate Mason Square Health Center in Springfield, where her position was partially funded through a Ryan White grant for the care of persons with HIV. She earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and she also received her undergraduate degree in biology from Harvard University. For her post-doctoral training, Gaberman completed a fellowship in primary care outpatient medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, where she served as chief resident in primary care. She completed her internal medicine residency at Brigham and Women’s, where she also completed a fellowship in HIV care. She also has practiced in community health centers in the Boston area

Jose Garcia, MSW, LICSW
Jose Garcia has joined the behavioral health staff at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. He earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Puerto Rico, and his bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Ana G. Méndez in Puerto Rico. He previously worked as a clinical supervisor with Mental Health Association Inc. and at the Behavioral Health Network. He has also worked with Commonwealth Care Alliance and the Gandara Center, also in Springfield. In addition to his LICSW, he is a certified case manager. As a bilingual therapist, Garcia is expanding CHP’s services to the Spanish-speaking community

Patricia Lehmann, MD
Dr. Lehmann received her Bachelor's degree in Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Surgery at Trinity College, University of Dublin. Settling in the area in 1979, she has cared for residents of Berkshire County for almost 35 years in private practice. Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Lehmann brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Patrick Lynch, LICSW
Patrick Lynch, LICSW, provides behavioral health care for adults via telehealth. Patrick is completing a doctorate in psychology at Springfield College, where he also earned his master’s in social work, and he completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He has worked as a psychotherapist at Community Services Institute, Hillcrest Educational Centers, the Brien Center and other residential settings, providing group, individual and family psychotherapy.

Rebecca Gamache, FNP-C
Rebecca Gamache is a family nurse practitioner at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. After receiving her undergraduate degree from UMass-Amherst she went on to earn her M.S. at Sage Graduate School in Troy, N.Y. She is a Berkshire County native and worked as a registered nurse at Berkshire Medical Center and Berkshire County ARC before becoming a primary care practitioner. Rebecca’s primary focus is health promotion and disease prevention, and she has a strong passion for holistic treatment options.

Richard Samale, MD
Dr. Richard Samale is board-certified in family medicine and brings a "whole person" approach to preventing and treating illnesses He earned his bachelor's degree in biology at Boston College and earned another bachelor degree in pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy. He attended medical school at St. George University, interned at Mount Sinai Hospital, Conn., and completed his residency at Northeastern Hospital in Pennsylvania. He has more than 20 years experience in private practice.
