Jessica Long, LCSW
Jessica is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) providing behavioral health services to CHP patients across Berkshire County. Jessica completed her master’s degree at Boston College School of Social Work where she also earned a certificate in Equity and Justice in the Workplace. Jessica earned her bachelor of science in psychology at Lasell University in Newton, Massachusetts. She holds prior experience in child protective services, public education, non-profit, and higher education settings

Kimberly Loring, PMHNP-BC
Kimberly Loring is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at CHP Berkshire Pediatrics in Pittsfield. She earned her master’s degree in psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Northeastern University in Boston, and she holds another master’s degree in education from Cambridge College in Boston; she earned her bachelor of science in nursing at Northeastern. At CHP Loring works with pediatric primary care clinicians and behavioral health team members caring for children in need of mental health support.

Leslie Fishbein, MD
Dr. Leslie Fishbein previously worked as an attending consultation-liaison psychiatrist at Berkshire Medical Center; she was the medical director of BMC’s Primary Care Outreach Team (PCOT) and founded its Long-Term Care consultation division. She has held positions at Boston Medical Center, Boston City Hospital, and at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She has also worked in academia at Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Medicine, and UMass Medical Center.

Rachel Duvall, LICSW
Ms. Duvall is a licensed independent clinical social worker working with clients of all ages. She earned her master’s degree in social work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, and she holds a master of fine arts in acting from the National Theatre Conservancy in Denver, Colo. She earned her bachelor of science in theater performance, with associated study in psychology, from the University of Evansville in Indiana, where she graduated with honors. She has worked in both private and community health settings prior to joining CHP. She is based at CHP Lee Family Practice.

Sherri-Lee Ryanmann
Sherri-Lee Ryanmann, LICSW, is the director of behavioral health at CHP. She earned her master’s degree in social work from SUNY Rockefeller College, and she received a bachelor’s degree from North Adams State College in English literature and philosophy. She has previously worked in multiple clinical and management capacities. At Berkshire Health Systems, she provided brief clinical therapeutic interventions to patients and their families, and as a member of the Primary Care Outreach team, she consulted with medical inpatients and their families, providing clinical support and education to the medical team, patients, and their family members. She has worked as a clinician on the BHS inpatient psychiatry team, and on the outpatient team providing care to patients managing coexisting medical and psychiatric disorders.
