Anthony Hamling, LICSW

Anthony Hamling works at CHP Lee Family Practice with the primary care and behavioral health team, providing psychotherapy for clients of all ages. He earned his master’s degree in social work from Westfield State University and completed his Bachelor of Arts in psychology at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. In his MSW program, he was a Massachusetts Child Welfare Institute Fellow. He has worked previously as an Intensive Care Coordinator at the Brien Center in Pittsfield and most recently as a supervisor and social worker at the MA Department of Children & Families.

Jose Garcia, MSW, LICSW

Jose Garcia has joined the behavioral health staff at CHP Neighborhood Health Center. He earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Puerto Rico, and his bachelor’s degree from the Universidad Ana G. Méndez in Puerto Rico. He previously worked as a clinical supervisor with Mental Health Association Inc. and at the Behavioral Health Network. He has also worked with Commonwealth Care Alliance and the Gandara Center, also in Springfield. In addition to his LICSW, he is a certified case manager. As a bilingual therapist, Garcia is expanding CHP’s services to the Spanish-speaking community

Judy Ferber, LICSW

Judy Ferber, LICSW, provides behavioral health care at  CHP North Adams Family Medicine, where she provides behavioral health counseling for people of all ages. Ms. Ferber earned her master’s degree in social work at the Smith College School for Social Work in Northampton, MA, a master’s degree in special education at Bank Street College of Education in New York, and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT.  She has more than 25 years of experience working in the behavioral health field and has worked in educational, community-based, and residential settings.  Prior to joining the staff at CHP, Ms. Ferber worked in several schools in Western Massachusetts, including Sanderson Academy, Williams Middle School and other schools in Hampden and Hampshire counties. .

Kimberly Loring, PMHNP-BC

Kimberly Loring is a psychiatric nurse practitioner at CHP Berkshire Pediatrics in Pittsfield. She earned her master’s degree in psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Northeastern University in Boston, and she holds another master’s degree in education from Cambridge College in Boston; she earned her bachelor of science in nursing at Northeastern. At CHP Loring works with pediatric primary care clinicians and behavioral health team members caring for children in need of mental health support.

Leslie Fishbein, MD

Dr. Leslie Fishbein previously worked as an attending consultation-liaison psychiatrist at Berkshire Medical Center; she was the medical director of BMC’s Primary Care Outreach Team (PCOT) and founded its Long-Term Care consultation division. She has held positions at Boston Medical Center, Boston City Hospital, and at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She has also worked in academia at Harvard Medical School, Boston University School of Medicine, and UMass Medical Center.

Linda Moro, LICSW

Ms. Moro is a licensed independent clinical social working seeing clients at CHP Great Barrington Health Center. She earned her master’s degree from Fordham University School of Social Work in New York and received her bachelor’s degree in social work from Herbert Lehman College. She has worked in correctional health services at Rikers Island in New York City and at The Children’s Village in New York City, as well as at Catholic Charities in Bedford, N.Y. She brings experience in individual and group therapy, treatment plan development, trauma treatment and family support services. She has also worked as a hospice social worker.

Patrick Lynch, LICSW

Patrick Lynch, LICSW, provides behavioral health care for adults via telehealth. Patrick is completing a doctorate in psychology at Springfield College, where he also earned his master’s in social work, and he completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. He has worked as a psychotherapist at Community Services Institute, Hillcrest Educational Centers, the Brien Center and other residential settings, providing group, individual and family psychotherapy.

Rilka Stefanov MSW, LICSW 

Rilka Stefanov, MSW, LICSW, provides behavioral health care to CHP pediatric patients remotely and in-person. She earned her master's in social work from the University of New Hampshire and completed her bachelor’s degree in sociology at Salem State University. She most recently worked at Beth Israel Lahey Health-Anna Jacques Hospital Child  & Adolescent Psychiatric Inpatient unit, and she has previously worked in hospital, residential, outpatient mental health care, and substance abuse recovery center settings. She is also experienced with Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and other cognitive behavioral therapy interventions as well as trauma care interventions, end-of-life care and in-home family therapy. In New Hampshire, she has worked as a Disaster Behavioral Health Response Team Member and as a group facilitator at Krempels Foundation for Brain Injury Survivors.
