Annie Schwartz, MS, RDN, LDN

Annie is a clinical nutritionist seeing CHP patients at Great Barrington Health Center and via telehealth. A graduate of Columbia University Teachers College, she holds a master’s degree in nutrition and exercise physiology. Annie is a Health at Every Size (HAES)® aligned clinician and is currently pursuing additional training to become a Certified Body Trust® Provider through The Center for Body Trust® as well as to become a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor from the Original Intuitive Eating Pros®.

Ashli Minor, MS, RDN, LDN, CLC

Ashli Minor, registered dietitian nutritionist and certified lactation counselor, is a wellness educator with a background in medical nutrition therapy. Ashli counsels adults and children, with a special focus on women’s health and all facets of integrative health care. She received a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Lehigh University, a bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from University of Massachusetts Amherst and a master’s in Holistic Nutrition from Clayton College of Natural Health. Ashli has worked for private and public organizations including health resorts, hospice programs, visiting nurse settings, private practice and community organizations. At CHP Ashli provides nutrition counseling on the CHP Mobile Health Unit in person and virtually. Ashli also oversees a food security grant based program which targets diabetics and pregnant women throughout Berkshire County.

Devyn Renzi, MS, CNS, LDN

Devyn is a certified nutrition specialist and a licensed dietitian nutritionist. She is a graduate of University of Bridgeport, where she earned a master's in Clinical Human Nutrition, and she completed her bachelor's in Health Science at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. Devyn's background includes working  with clients one-on-one and in group settings, focusing on women's health, fertility and chronic disease. Devyn specializes in medical nutrition therapy utilizing a functional nutrition and integrative approach. In addition to seeing patients in person, she meets with patients via telehealth.

Erin Pacheco, MS, RDN, LDN, CLC

Nutritionist Erin Pacheco, registered dietician and certified lactation counselor, has special expertise in childhood and adolescent weight management. She earned a B.S. in health studies from Boston University and earned her M.S. in nutrition at the University of Vermont. Ms. Pacheco works with CHP patients in need of wellness support for primary health care as well as more complex medical conditions, and she also works with WIC clients.

Julia Jarvis, CLC

Julia Jarvis, Senior Nutritionist and Breastfeeding Coordinator at WIC & Family Services, earned her B.S. in Nutrition and Wellness at Framingham State University, with a minor in psychology. She earned her Certified Lactation Counselor certificate through The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice, and uses this to help WIC participants optimize their breastfeeding experience. Ms. Jarvis works with families in Berkshire County who have an increased need for nutrition education and resources. She strives to provide compassionate counseling that focuses on each individual participant; aiming to help families break down what can be perceived as "the mountain of nutrition", to make a healthy lifestyle more exciting and attainable. Julia counsels WIC clients one-on-one as needed.

Michelle Sisk, BS, RDN, LDN, CDN

Michelle Sisk is a culinary nutritionist with the CHP Nutrition Club, a nutrition support program serving clients of MassHealth, and she also works with the CHP Mobile Health team. A graduate of Marymount College of Fordham University, Sisk holds a bachelor of science degree in nutrition, and she completed her dietetic internship at the University of Connecticut and Hartford Hospital. She also earned a bachelor of arts degree in English from William College.  She also holds nutrition counseling positions at Hotchkiss School in Connecticut and at Millbrook School in Millbrook, N.Y., and she has also designed and taught a nutrition curriculum for students at Salisbury Central School, where she is also part of the school's Wellness Committee. She has also provided private in-home nutritional counseling to patients, and also worked as an outpatient dietitian affiliated with Manchester Memorial Hospital in Connecticut.  She also holds a certificate in adult weight management and is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Connecticut Dietetic Association. She has also worked as a yoga instructor, cross-country coach, and English teacher. Yoga, hiking with her family, baking, and cooking are among her personal interests.
