Construction to expand and improve the Lee Family Practice facility will require temporary closure of the practice, Sept. 27-Oct. 11.
During this time, the office will be closed for patient visits, but staff will continue to care for patients in the CHP Mobile Health Unit (at the Lee location) or via telehealth appointments. In some cases, patients will be seen at another CHP practice location.
Lee Family Practice has been contacting patients with appointments during this time frame to arrange for their care.
Patients without appointments who need care during this time are asked to call the office at (413) 243-0536.
This construction is part of a $1 million project to expand the capacity of Lee Family Practice, which will enhance the patient and staff experience at the Quarry Hill Road location. Construction will be completed in the spring of 2023.
