Beyond Delivery: Weekly Postpartum Wellness
All mothers and their babies are welcome to join us at this supportive gathering. Conversations revolve around breastfeeding, new family dynamics, postpartum depression, nutrition, and any topic related to becoming a new parent. CHP patients who attend are eligible for medical consultations as part of the group wellness program.
The group is led by Led by Laura Gariepy, FNP of CHP Great Barrington Community Health Center, and Ilana Siegal of Lifeworks Studio and meets every Tuesday from 10-11 AM in person and via Zoom.
The in-person group meets at the CHP Great Barrington Health Center, 444 Stockbridge Road, Great Barrington. During the summer months, the group meets outside (weather permitting) at the Fairview Hospital campus, 27 Lewis Avenue, Great Barrington.
