In conjunction with our virtual needs family support group on Wednesday mornings, CHP Family Services now offers a meet-in-person support option, Walk & Talk Support Group.
Join families like yours for this weekly support group at the Old Route 7 Greenway that connects CHP and Jennifer House Commons.
Starting at VCA All Caring Animal Hospital, we’ll stroll and discuss the joys and challenges of raising a child with special needs. We’ll end at the CHP Family Services building, where we can hang out and have lunch in the shaded play area outside or go into the Family Services building if the weather isn’t with us.
Please pack a lunch and find your community.
