Kelly Krok Named HR Director at CHP

Krok brings experience from a 35-year HR career at SABIC, GE Plastics
Community Health Program has named Kelly Krok as director of human resources for its countywide health care network. Krok will oversee personnel matters for 150 employees working at CHP’s physician practices in Great Barrington, Lee, Pittsfield, Adams and North Adams.
Krok was most recently the manager of HR operations and global mobility at SABIC Innovative Plastics, and also served as SABIC’s Pittsfield site HR manager. She worked with SABIC’s predecessor company, GE Plastics, in a series of human resource positions beginning in 1981, and has expertise in all facets of personnel management, policies, procedures and employee engagement.

In the community, Krok is a Pittsfield native who serves on the board of Greylock Federal Credit Union and has served as member of the Pittsfield Volunteer Board of SABIC. Krok holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from MCLA and resides in Pittsfield with her family.
Community Health Programs, based in Great Barrington, Mass., is federally qualified health center network serving approximately 20,000 Berkshire County residents with primary health care for adults and children, women’s health care, dental care, physical therapy, vision care and nutrition services. CHP Family Services reaches parents and children in Southern Berkshire County with parent-child networking, parenting education, WIC outreach and services and nutrition classes. CHP accepts all all patients, regardless of ability to pay, and accepts all forms of public and private health insurance.
