Family Network

8577961869_8fc1c5e0e5_cCHP Family Support Network is designed to bring young children, parents and caregivers together to establish a connection to each other and to available support services.

Activities, events and classes provide engaging hands-on learning opportunities to meet the needs and interests of the community. Offerings include support groups, clothing and book exchange, and over 20 educational opportunities per week with the goals of strengthening families, literacy development and social/emotional growth.

We create a safe, fun, welcoming environment for all families with children under the age of 6 or parents who are expecting. Families are welcome to use the Playroom, Clothing Exchange and Lending Library at the Family Services Building, Monday – Friday, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
